Well, it,s been a while since the last post, but only because Benjafield has been slaving over a hot recording desk for the last year. The result is our third album “FULL CIRCLE”, which features some new members of the collective in we believe our most catchy and well produced music yet. Our first festive appearance is at “The Falls” in marion bay. We will be rocking every night at THE VILLAGE. So when your looking to keep going at one in the morn, you know the village will be just getting going.Yep ,its time to get into a Brazilian time zone and discover the power of the night. We will feature tracks from the new album along with some hard hitting soul quenching grooves. We will post one of our more chilled “Dubb” like tracks soon here for FREE DOWNLOAD. The album will on sale at the falls for a $20 festival price.
The next week, after a few days of recovery we head into the LAUNCH FEST @ long gallery Salamanca Arts Centre, FRI 5th , SAT 6th at 9pm and SUN 7th at 3pm. These gigs will allow us to really settle into a stride,and with special guests including Blues Guitar legend Pete Cornelius, these shows will go off in the usual long gallery Big band stlye! Tickets are $12/7 with a $14 family ticket on the sunday arvo gig ( which could be a little more cool and afternoony) A great deal of $25 for cd and entry is also available.
